Hey. I’m Alex.
You don’t want to know how much I had to pay them.
Just kidding, I’ve actually found someone I don’t have to pay (much) to stick around.
MyLifeRx is all about self-improvement.
I love learning about self-improvement. Each day, I try and improve myself in three ways: physically, mentally, and spiritually. Do I succeed each day? Of course not. But each day, I try and get a little better.
You know what’s fun? Looking back on the person you were five years ago, one year ago, six months ago, even one month ago – and saying “Holy shit, I can’t believe I used to ______.”
Sure, it can be embarrassing. You may not want to share these details with everyone on Twitter. But if you can look back at your life without feeling a tinge of embarrassment mixed with pride, then that means one of three things:
- You aren’t taking the time to reflect on where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going.
- You aren’t improving.
- A combination of 1 & 2.
Hopefully, I look back on this post a few years from now, and slowly shake my head at Alex v.2015. Otherwise, I’m doing something wrong.
You know what isn’t fun? Being stagnant. Being complacent. Settling for less than what you deserve. Never reaching your potential. MyLifeRx exists to help you reach your potential.
This life is finite; why not make it the best it can be? Why not learn how to live YOUR definition of a wealthy, healthy, better life?
Become smarter. Become better. Become faster. Become stronger.
That is what MyLifeRx is all about: your prescription to better living.
